While you wait, you can watch us cook your pie in our original Brick Ovens (also known as Deck Ovens), although not as fast as conveyor ovens commonly used by big chains, we believe the deck ovens offer a more thorough cook to the crust and a better taste than the conveyor ovens. We make our dough & Sauce fresh every day and still make it from the original recipe. Our cheese is shredded daily right next to our toppings that are homemade and fresh. Italian Sausage, Taco meat, Lasagna all made in store with original recipe. All veggies are picked at the peak of freshness and diced here at the store. Our Chicken is brought in daily, marinated, coated & cooked to order in our Chicken Broasters. Ribs bought fresh, trimmed, rubbed with our special seasonings, roasted & finished on the grill.
